Common questions
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Every plan is month to month, and on the subcontractor plans your first month is on us: we register a card at signup and you can cancel anytime.
How does the first month on us work?
On Starter, Growth and Full Contractor Office, your first month is free. We register a card when you sign up and the first charge comes a month later. If the service isn't for you, cancel anytime before that and you pay nothing.
Which plan is right for me?
If most of your work comes from bidding to general contractors, a subcontractor plan: Starter for more GCs and bid invitations, Growth if you also want us to estimate and write the proposals, Full Contractor Office if you want the paperwork and billing handled too. If your work comes from homeowners calling you, the Local Leads Plan. Not sure? That's what the 15-minute call is for.

Do you handle estimating, change orders and billing too?
Yes. Growth adds blueprint review, takeoffs, estimates and proposals (up to 8 a month; large projects quoted separately). Full Contractor Office adds change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoices, progress billing and closeout. Michael handles estimating personally, so spots are limited. See everything we handle.
Is ad spend included?
None of our plans require paid ads. If you want to run Google Ads, the ad spend is billed to your own account at cost, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for your trade.
