Michael Gamboa has been close to the construction world his entire life. Long before he founded Gamarketing Pro, he understood the rhythms of the industry — the weight of a bid, the pressure of a deadline, and the reality that most contractors are exceptional at their trade but fighting an uphill battle when it comes to running and growing the business side.
In 2018, that familiarity became hands-on expertise. Michael began working directly with construction companies as an estimator — learning the discipline of takeoffs, reading structural drawings, and building the kind of accurate, competitive proposals that win contracts.
His role expanded into client acquisition and pipeline management — identifying the right general contractors, building lasting relationships, and moving opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.
What he saw on the ground shaped everything Gamarketing Pro would become. The contractors that were winning weren't the ones with the flashiest websites — they were the ones with real systems: tight estimating, disciplined follow-up, a steady stream of qualified GC introductions, and digital visibility that actually produced project inquiries. Most contractors had none of that. The few that did were pulling away from the pack.
In 2024, Michael founded Gamarketing Pro to close that gap. Not another marketing agency — a growth partnership for contractors who want to scale past their current ceiling. Marketing is the entry point. The real value is the advisory work behind it: building the operational backbone that lets a $500K contractor become a $2M contractor, and a $2M contractor become a $5M one. Vania Mont leads the entire digital growth side of Gamarketing Pro. With a Bachelor's in Communications and more than ten years of hands-on experience building brands, managing creative teams, and running marketing operations at scale, she's the strategic force behind every website, SEO campaign, and growth system we deliver to our contractor clients.
She owns our marketing, website development, SEO, AEO, and GEO departments — and the team that executes them. Every deliverable that reaches a client has moved through her standards first: the copy, the structure, the search strategy, the technical optimization, and the creative direction. If it has the Gamarketing Pro name on it, Vania has signed off on it.
A decade of experience across different industries means she knows what actually moves the needle versus what just looks good in a report. That discipline — combined with her ability to run a real creative and technical team — is why our clients see consistent, compounding results month after month instead of scattered one-off campaigns.

A Commercial Engineer with more than five years working directly inside the construction industry, she's the bridge between the strategic work we do behind the scenes and the day-to-day execution our contractors need to actually grow their business.
Her background is what makes her different. She's not a marketing specialist who learned about contractors from a brochure — she's spent years inside real construction operations, working with estimators, project managers, and owners. She knows the rhythm of a bid cycle, the pressure of a deadline, and the kind of communication that actually moves a project forward. That fluency is why our clients trust her to manage their accounts end-to-end.
At Gamarketing Pro, Patricia owns client communication, outreach coordination with general contractors, account management across our contractor portfolio, and the administrative backbone that keeps our retainer engagements on track month after month. When a client needs something done, she's the one making sure it happens.

The Steel Tech Story — And Why It Changed Everything
Steel Tech LLC was a structural steel and miscellaneous metals contractor in Northern Virginia — a skilled operation that was doing solid work but had a ceiling it couldn't break through. Michael joined as their operational backbone, handling everything from estimating and GC relationships to back-office systems and compliance.
What he built over the following years was transformational. Steel Tech grew from handling residential railing jobs in the $2,000 range to winning institutional structural steel contracts valued at $865,000. The company went from one client relationship to a diversified portfolio of 19+ general contractors across the DMV.
The turning point wasn't just watching the company grow — it was understanding why it grew. The same problems — no pipeline, no visibility, no operational structure — existed at virtually every contractor he encountered. And no one in the market was solving it from the inside.
