Common questions
Do I have to use every service?
No. Starter covers business development: new GCs, bid lists and prequalification. Growth adds estimating and proposals. Full Contractor Office adds the project paperwork and billing. Most subs start where their office is weakest and move up when bid volume picks up.
How is this priced?
Starter is $1,495 a month, Growth $2,495 (up to 8 estimates a month) and Full Contractor Office $3,995 for up to 3 active projects at the same time (+$500 a month for each additional active project). All month to month, and your first month is on us: we register a card at signup and you can cancel anytime. Marketing (website, Google, SEO) is an add-on from $750.
Who does the takeoffs and estimates?
Michael Gamboa does the estimating personally, the same way he has for a NoVA structural steel contractor since 2019. That is why we take on a limited number of estimating clients at a time.

Is this a replacement for hiring an estimator or office manager?
For many growing subs, yes, at least until the volume justifies a full-time hire. You get business development, estimating and back-office support without adding payroll.
